Back to news list Two of Cardiff and Co’s Corporate Champions are to merge to create a £3.5m plus organisation that will offer a unique and comprehensive range of bilingual creative communications services to Wales and the world. Push4 and greenfield are Welsh-based award-winning success stories that over the past decade have been providing events and marketing communications services to the Welsh public sector and business community, as well as blue chip companies throughout the UK and in international markets. Clients include Welsh Assembly Government, Johnson & Johnson, Corus, S4C, Principality Building Society, and Guinness World Records. The new company will cover everything from event management to TV production, from music promotion and audio visual to design, PR and mobile marketing. Wyn Innes set up greenfield five years ago, and will head up the new outfit as chief executive. Wyn said: “Both companies are in good shape and have evolved well in a short space of time, with excellent reputations in our own areas of expertise, but we feel that collectively we can offer more than the sum of our parts. By merging we can create the critical mass to become a significant player in Wales that offers a unique mix of integrated services, with an ability to compete in international markets.” In the course of the next few months the new business will be establishing a group brand and moving the combined current team of 25 into a central work space in the Cardiff areaCORPORATE CHAMPIONS MERGE TO MAKE A BIG SPLASH
