Building back a new, greener, stronger and fairer Cardiff

The Covid-19 pandemic presented the biggest challenge to the life of the city of Cardiff in a generation.

As we continue to live with COVID-19 and its impact on all our lives, we must look towards the future and position our city and city region to take advantage of every opportunity.

There will be a long-term economic and social impact, but there are also opportunities to rethink the way Cardiff continues to grow and how we position our city in a post Covid world.

Looking towards the longer term recovery, Cardiff is focussing on a six point mission which consider the following:

• A city for everyone
• A city of villages
• A culture and sport led renewal
• A Tech City
• A One Planet recovery
