Cardiff Capital Region return to MIPIM 2023
The Cardiff Capital Region have announced they will return to MIPIM in March 2023.
Established in 1990, MIPIM is a 4-day real estate event located France to meet the most influential players from all sectors of the international real estate industry. MIPIM brings the entire value chain together and gives unrivalled access to the greatest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide. MIPIM is a unique exhibition and networking platform to forge deals.
With the pandemic affecting the annual event over recent years, 2023 will see the region return with a packed agenda with a plethora of investment opportunities in the Region.
During the campaign at MIPIM, the Region will be offering an ambitious £10 billion pipeline of investable regeneration projects, across South-East Wales, which include the new metro system, a world-first energy park, world-class leisure-led developments and a new city quarter. The Cardiff Capital Region has proven it can deliver shovel-ready schemes to support their ambitions in making South Wales a climate-resilient, economic powerhouse.
A partnership approach with the private sector is critical to making MIPIM a success and this year, the region have 22 partners signed up to join their campaign at MIPIM. These partners represent the some of the most competitive businesses in the UK, contribute to the region’s skilled workforce, and great investment potential.
